Tony Kasunic is a Residential and Commercial Broker serving the greater Seattle corridor, and the broker behind Portfolio Homes. He has been a licensed real estate broker with Portfolio Homes since October 2017.
Portfolio Homes is the strategic layer on top of a deal. Rather than being the source of every answer, it brings together investor, builder and seller contacts and turns what they know into clear answers and understanding for every party in the transaction, from investors and buyers to sellers. It adapts to each investor’s own criteria and lays out the terms clearly, but the investment decision always stays with the investor. With everyone on the same page, each party can get to the outcome they want.
Tony knows what properties investors and builders are looking for, and he knows the investors behind the money. When a seller has a property with potential, Portfolio Homes puts it in front of the right investors and builders. When an investor wants to buy into something, it connects them with properties and builder partners.
His background helps on every side of the table. Tony worked for a construction company for more than six years, ordering lumber, trusses and I-joists for residential single-family construction. He has personally bought and sold his own homes and investment properties, managed tenants, and been involved in all aspects of home building and sales, from investors to retail purchases to short sales. Together with his marketing degree, that experience helps him present a property to the buyers it fits.
